Starting a web design business is the first thing that crossed my mind when I learnt how to use WordPress. But when I started, I realised that there was a greater task of convincing clients to give you business – but that was not all. Keeping the clients after the first year was harder than getting them on board. So, in this session, we shall explore the ways that those before us have used to get and retain clients for the business not only to stay afloat but also to thrive.
