WordCamp Jinja 2026 will take place in Jinja, one of Uganda’s most vibrant and historic cities. Located along the shores of Lake Victoria and at the Source of the River Nile, Jinja is widely known as Uganda’s adventure capital and a centre for tourism, culture, creativity, education, and business.
The city provides the perfect setting for a WordCamp built around the theme “Embrace Creative Currents on the Nile: Where Inclusivity Fuels Creativity.” With its welcoming community, scenic surroundings, and growing technology ecosystem, Jinja offers attendees an opportunity to learn, connect, contribute, and experience one of Uganda’s most beautiful destinations.
