Sumaiya Nalukwago an IT Professional and Tech Community Lead with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from MUST.
She is currently working with Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
As a Community Lead for Google Developer Groups Cloud Mbarara and an Council Advisor for Women Techmakers (with Technovation),
Sumaiya actively skills and mentors thousands of youth and women entrepreneurs in digital literacy, business development, and tech-solution design. She specializes in translating complex technological concepts into accessible, actionable skills, enabling grassroots enterprises to thrive in the digital economy and confidently bridge the digital skills gap.
Sumaiya has also been internationally recognized for her work in tech by the US embassy in Uganda, Women Tech Global Network , Pulse Influencer Awards – Tech category , MkaziPrenuer, The Innovation Village, among other platforms.
